Patient groups
The patient groups an administrator has entered, with who is in each and how many appointments, service requests and diagnostic reports they have, from a bulk export.
Opening a patient
- Clinicians open the app from a patient's chart in the EHR, which launches it for that patient.
- Patients open it from their patient portal, which launches it for their own record.
- Staff working outside a chart use a system launch, then find the patient here by MRN, or by last name and date of birth.
Sign in to find a patient without a launch.
Whether that is offered to you is decided by the StaffAccess settings.
